What we learn today?

Today we learn about Risk Identification in Project Management. Requirement risk is all about  the potential for losses due to a project's requirements themselves or the requirements management process. Such risks are closely tied to the quality of requirements in that low quality requirements represent a risk to the project. One of the example of Requirement Risk is missing stakeholder.
The requirement management process fails identify or engage all  stakeholders. For example, marketing is implementing a new product but sales isn't involved in the project.

We use canva as our tools to create this mind map. What we learn today is about Organization risks. Organization Risks is about potential for losses due to uncertainly. It is a term for risk at the top level of an organization that includes material strategic, reputation, regulatory, legal, security and operational risks. Here, we include the related concepts, definition, risk treatment and also some examples to enhance about our lesson today.

I reffered to an E-book called Software Engineering by Somerville. i also made a further research about it. But the tool that i used is really nice. I mean i can easily add new bubble to add new topic I also can easily change the background color of each bubble and change the text color in the bubble. I really i like it. If theres something kurang2 korng bukakla e-book sendiri. HAHAHAHAH

risks that are associated with the people in the development team. By doing this task, we 

learn the importance of knowledge and education in life. In conclusion, education makes 

you a better person and teaches you various skills. It enhances your intellect and the ability 

to make rational decisions. It enhances the individual growth of a person. Education also

improves the economic growth of a country.

What we learn today???

Today we all learn about Risk Identification in Project management. Risk Management is all about  identifying the risks that could pose a major threat to the software engineering process, the software being developed, or the development organization. Risk management also may be a team process where a team get together to brainstorm possible risks among themselves so they can produce a better Project for the team or organization. The project manager plays an important role by using his or her experience to identify the most probable or critical risks for the project as it will proceed smoothly without any problems. There are six types of risk that may occur during project management and can be use to identify the risk inside the project. When you have finished the risk identification process, you should have a long list of risks that could occur and which could affect the product, the process, and the business. You have to  keep the risk list properly as if you are facing with too many risk problems on the project, it is impossible to find it one by one.

WHAT IS TECHNOLOGY ENABLE COLLABORATIVE CLASSROOM?

The design of the collaborative classroom emphasizes group learning. Typically, tables enable small groups to sit and work together, unlike the rows of desks associated with factory model schools of last century. Each group has ready access to the Internet, multimedia displays and collaboration software.The group tables, shared table-top displays, and wall displays with unrestricted lines of view, are the most common characteristics of the collaborative classroom. Implementing an effective collaborative classroom also requires an instructor station, simple remote control of the technology and lighting, quiet HVAC, and configurable audio/video. Some classrooms make use of special chairs to allow students to glide in and out of groupings or to sit at elevated tables.

Apa itu Technology Enable Collaborative Classroom??

TECC atau Technology Enable Collaborative Classrooms adalah ruang pembelajaran abad ke-21 yang diperkenalkan di dalam bidang pengajaran dan pembelajaran Politeknik Malaysia. A TECC terdiri daripada beberapa alat teknologi asas yang HARUS digunakan untuk membantu dan meningkatkan instruksi diamalkan melalui penggunaan penyelidikan, persembahan, dan teknologi kolaboratif. TECC dikonseptualisasikan untuk menjadi ruang pembelajaran masa depan, oleh itu metodologi pembelajaran MUST berbeza daripada metodologi pembelajaran lain yang diamalkan dalam institusi. Sekurang-kurangnya satu persekitaran TECC disediakan / akan diberikan kepada setiap institusi Politeknik Malaysia dalam tempoh 2015-2018.

 TECCs were conceptualized to be future learning spaces, hence its learning methodology MUST be different from any other learning methodology practiced within the institution.
