Hey what's up guys! So today we had learnt about estimation risk and research on the e-book about the project planning process and Risk Analysis by using Classkick. By this activities, we all know how to manage our project efficiently and know about the risk on the project that may occur during project management. Effect was divided by 4 types which is Catastrophic, Serious, Tolerable and Insignificant while probabilty are divided into three which is Low, Medium, High. It is really an enjoyful activity.
