We are using Classkick to discuss about Project Planing process and risk analysis. We have learnt that Project planning is part of project management, which relates to the use of schedules such as Gantt charts to plan and subsequently report progress within the project environment. 

Project risk is an uncertain event or condition that, if it occurs, has an effect on at least one project objective. The probability categorize by Low/Moderate and High and Effects by Catastrophic / Serious / Tolerable and Insignificant.
